  Upon asking questions on a sticky note when submitting my son’s yearly guardianship papers, I received a phone call from an unidentifiable female (she didn’t tell me her name) who called me to answer my questions. Apparently she didn’t like my frustrated questioning of the process, because I am supposed to remember once a year when my report is due, what papers I should fill out, and exactly where I should send them (address specific to guardianship). I was late submitting because I didn’t remember the exact date it is due and I am not sent a reminder, just a late notice to my attorney. The female who called me spoke in a snotty voice, told me I could find someone else to be the guardian of my son, and I should know when it’s due. I told her I would try to do better, but didn’t appreciate her talking to me so snotty. She hung up on me! Very unprofessional. Wish I knew her name so I could let her supervisor know how she spoke to me when she called me.
